To determine the true from false, the relevant from the irrelevant and material from immaterial, reliable means should be developed. All displays should be detailed, clear and comprehensive.
Outcomes of a given situation determine a lot and also enables predictions of the progress to be expected. Some of the benefits of this role is that some skills like coordination, peace and harmony among people, management skills and also respect can be established.
