I Came Across The Best Wholesale VOIP System

By Dwight G. Gottlieb

A little while ago, my boss talked to me and told me to take charge of a big project of revamping the corporate infrastructure for our company, which included purchasing some new office furniture, updating the lighting and other dcor, but the most important part was the task of investing in a wholesale VOIP system. Before this assignment I had no clue what VOIP stands for, but I learned that it stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol , which means that you can make telephone calls over the Internet which saves companies a lot of money on their communication expenses.

When my boss gave me this assignment, he didn't expressly ask me to invest in VOIP, but I had sort of a fuzzy notion that VOIP was one of those big new things that companies were doing, but it wasn't until someone suggested it to me that I looked into it seriously. The idea came from Dave, one of the new IT guys that we had hired a couple months before to help us develop and maintain a new website and customer service system.

He actually presented the idea to me with folders and a PowerPoint presentation that was actually quite impressive; so much, in fact, that I agreed to his plan and began investigating my company's options for wholesale VOIP. The very first thing I did then, was to jump on my computer and look on the Internet to see what options were available for VOIP services, since I wanted to find a fair deal on the price, but I also wanted to get a quality service that would work well without a lot of problems.

The little bit of research I did was very beneficial, as I soon found a terrific website for a company that specialized in VOIP wholesale and they were able to get everything set up perfectly for my company. This specific wholesale VOIP provider was actually right in my area, which made it very convenient to be able to communicate with them and get everything arranged amazingly quickly, so that before I knew it, everything was set up and running.

Even though there were some people who were not excited with making a change, it did not take long for people to see the many benefits of having our phone lines connected to the Internet, and we even found that a lot of our connections, especially long distance, came through a lot clearer with this new system. Although this was just one aspect of the total corporate revamping project I did, I must say it was the most rewarding, and everyone was so pleased with it that I received a lot of accolades at work, but I always passed along the credit to our brilliant IT guy who had the idea to begin with.
